Our organization is currently seeking a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt - Process Improvement. 

A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • Lead and complete process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodology.
  • Identify inefficiencies, waste, and variation in business processes and drive measurable improvements.
  • Define project charters, scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Analyze current-state processes using data and root-cause analysis tools.
  • Design and implement future-state processes that improve efficiency, quality, and consistency.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and Kaizen events.
  • Track, validate, and report results such as cost savings, cycle-time reduction, throughput, or quality improvement.
  • Develop standard work, documentation, and controls to sustain improvements.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and support adoption of process changes.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and business partners.

Education / Skills required for this role:

  • Bachelor?s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe)
  • 2?5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or business operations
  • Demonstrated experience applying Lean Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, value stream mapping, root cause analysis)
  • Basic project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Microsoft Project a plus
  • Experience in manufacturing or operational environments preferred
