Our organization is currently seeking aLean Six Sigma Green Belt - Process Improvement. A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: Lead and complete process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodology.

Identify inefficiencies, waste, and variation in business processes and drive measurable improvements. Define project charters, scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics. Analyze current-state processes using data and root-cause analysis tools.

Design and implement future-state processes that improve efficiency, quality, and consistency. Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and Kaizen events. Track, validate, and report results such as cost savings, cycle-time reduction, throughput, or quality improvement.

Develop standard work, documentation, and controls to sustain improvements. Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and support adoption of process changes. Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and business partners.
