Job Summaryย 
Looking for a experienced hardscaping and concrete paver installation professional to add to our landscaping business. The position would require the applicant to have working knowledge of installation of pavers to build patios, sidewalks, retaining walls and more alongside a dedicated hardscaping team.
Skills & Experience
Applicants should have no less than 2 years of professional paver installation experience, and worked on paver patio, sidewalk and retaining wall installation and/or repair. The right candidate will have worked on several past projects involving complete installations, including knowledge all prep work, materials required, safety procedures and tools/equipment used in paver hardscaping projects.ย  Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our shop .
Membership and/or certification with ICPI is greatly desired and will effect starting pay. Additional landscaping and/or equipment operation experience a plus.
Responsibilities

  • Install hardscape features such as paver patios, walkways, and retaining walls with precision and attention to detail.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials according to project specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction and layout.
  • Maintenance of paver hardscaping such as powerwashing, re-sanding and sealing of pavers
  • Collaborate with landscaping teams to integrate hardscape elements seamlessly into outdoor designs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
Full-time position through the landscaping season with potential winter work available, with additional benefits offered after an evaluation period. Applicants must submit resumes showing paver hardscaping experience. References may be requested after initial interviews are completed.
