About the Role

As a Landscape Architect, Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive spatial planning and site-specific design solutions. Projects will span a diverse range of markets, including K-12 schools, municipal developments, site development, higher education, and other public spaces.
Your responsibilities will include the full management of project design solutions, from concept through construction, while ensuring effective coordination among internal team members and external stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will oversee workload distribution to landscape designers and collaborate closely with the managing Landscape Architect.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or a related field.
  • Licensed Landscape Architect in NY or PA, or the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with at least 2 years of project management experience.
  • Demonstrated project management skills including client coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.
  • Strong technical expertise in:
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D for site design and grading.
  • Planting design, cost estimating, specification review, and technical writing.
  • Construction administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary design team and with clients.
  • Proficiency in design and visualization software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lumion, SketchUp, or ESRI is a plus.
  • Experience in athletic facility design or related site development projects is preferred.
