Overview

Maple Leaf Landscape is hiring Landscape Laborers (Multiple Openings Available) to assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects. This role focuses on planting, mulching, soil preparation, and general landscape labor. Ideal candidates enjoy outdoor work, are dependable, and take pride in quality results.


Key Responsibilities
  • Landscape installation including planting trees, shrubs, sod, and flowers

  • Mulching, soil preparation, grading, and bed edging

  • Seasonal cleanups and landscape maintenance

  • Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment

  • Operate hand tools and small landscaping equipment (shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, trimmers, blowers)

  • Follow safety guidelines and job site procedures

  • Work efficiently as part of a landscape crew

  • Maintain clean and professional job sites


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in various weather conditions

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, dig, and stand for extended periods
