For over 25 years, Olson Toon Landscaping has been crafting stunning outdoor spaces — from breathtaking backyard retreats to large-scale commercial developments. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead a crew of 2–4 team members and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high-quality standards.


Responsibilities

•Lead and supervise a landscape crew of 2–4 employees on residential and commercial job sites.

•Oversee daily project execution, including landscape installation and maintenance.

•Read and interpret landscape designs, plans, and specifications.

•Delegate tasks and provide clear direction to crew members.

•Operate and oversee safe use of equipment, machinery, and hand tools.

•Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor needs for each project.

•Maintain productivity while ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards.

•Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability.

•Communicate project progress, challenges, and updates with management.

•Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.

Requirements:

Qualifications

•Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

•Prior landscaping experience required (hardscape and/or softscape).

•Previous crew leadership or foreman experience.

•Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a small team effectively

•Ability to lift 50 lbs, regularly sit, stand, and bend for extended periods of time.

•Strong communication and problem-solving skills

•Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
