Job description

Join our landscaping team as a Landscaping Team Member, where you'll perform lawn mowing and landscape maintenance within a small, dedicated crew. This full-time role offers competitive pay and requires reliable transportation to our workshop located in the Jackson/Cedarburg area. The position features a seasonal workload peak and includes winter snow work.

Responsibilities

  • Perform lawn mowing and general landscape maintenance
  • Operates landscaping and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
  • Support seasonal projects and respond to winter snow work as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
  • Collaborate effectively within a small team of 2-5 members
