Property Prep LLC is a Milwaukee-based commercial maintenance and janitorial company serving property managers and building owners across the metro area. We deliver consistent, professional service across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

Role Overview

You'll be responsible for the ongoing grounds maintenance of client properties across the Milwaukee area. This is a hands-on, outdoor role requiring reliable attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Mow, edge, and trim lawns and turf areas on a scheduled route

Maintain landscape beds: weeding, mulching, and seasonal cleanup

Prune shrubs, ornamental trees, and ground cover as needed

Operate and maintain equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools

Perform seasonal services: spring/fall cleanups, snow removal support

Identify and report property issues, irrigation problems, or pest/disease concerns to your supervisor

Keep equipment clean, fueled, and in working order; report maintenance needs promptly

Represent Property Prep professionally on-site at all times

Qualifications

Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred; motivated entry-level candidates will be considered

Ability to operate commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently
