This high-volume venue is known for its diverse menu, energetic atmosphere, and unique architectural layout, including an expansive outdoor service area.

We are looking for a leader who excels in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building a culture of culinary excellence and operational precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • BOH Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of a complex, high-volume kitchen across multiple service points.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse BOH team to uphold rigorous quality and consistency standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage inventory, labor costs, and supply chain partnerships to drive profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain impeccable health, safety, and sanitation standards.
