We're searching for an ambitious Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for having an active role in bringing in new customers and responding to incoming leads. Your success will be measured by the number of sales you generate through proactively reaching out and following up with potential customers. Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create a loyal customer base.
  • Follow-up on leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead sources
  • Obtain referrals and provide quotes to family and friends
  • Prospect for new business through cold calling properly vetted lists.
  • Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
  • Maintain phone time and sales quotas as determined by management. (Example: 3+ hours of talk/phone time)
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License is bonus. (We will cover 100% of costs for licensing)
  • Sales experience is a BONUS!
  • Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
  • Showing professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
  • An ambitious individual with the ability to work independently and meet all targets.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with other members of the team.
