• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, developing personalized treatment plans based on best practices.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)—to address clients' unique mental health concerns effectively.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring confidentiality throughout patient interactions.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to deliver coordinated care.
• Engage in regular case reviews and peer consultations to continually enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
• Offer educational resources and support to patients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources.
• Stay informed of the latest research in mental health to integrate new findings into clinical practice, ensuring evidence-based approaches guide treatment.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client base dealing with a range of mental health issues, particularly those requiring detox services. You will engage with individuals from various backgrounds and personal histories, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the specific cultural and personal needs of each patient.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities when assessing client needs and formulating treatment strategies.
• Ability to function effectively within a collaborative team framework.

• Experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling, especially in handling substance use disorders.
