Responsibilities- Connect with prospective clients to understand their unique insurance requirements and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Develop and present tailored insurance proposals that address individual needs and financial goals.
- Manage your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent client engagement.
- Educate clients on policy details, coverage limits, and benefits with clarity and patience.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights and contribute to a positive sales environment.
Requirements- Proven experience in insurance sales or a closely related client-facing sales role.
- A valid Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred willing to train and licensing assistance available.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport.
- A genuine passion for helping people and understanding their insurance needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with learning and utilizing new sales and CRM software.
