We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Producer to join our agency. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound marketing, and community engagement.

  • Generate quotes, present insurance products, and close sales across personal and/or commercial P&C lines.

  • Cross-sell additional lines of insurance to existing clients to enhance account value and retention.

Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.

  • Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate coverage options.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and renewal opportunities.

Product & Market Expertise
  • Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.

  • Understand and communicate policy coverages, exclusions, and pricing options clearly and professionally.

  • Work collaboratively with carriers and underwriters to place risks and deliver competitive solutions.

Operational & Compliance Duties
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in the agency management system.

  • Follow all state licensing requirements, regulatory standards, and agency procedures.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance metrics.


QualificationsRequired
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe).

  • Demonstrated sales experience with a proven track record of meeting goals.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred
  • Prior experience in an insurance agency or financial services environment.
