Our Allstate Insurance office is looking for a driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to build relationships, help customers protect what matters most, and grow your career in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
What You'll Do

  •  Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up. 
  •  Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs. 
  •  Recommend appropriate auto, home, life, and other insurance solutions. 
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. 
  •  Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline. 
  •  Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. 
  •  Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. 
What We're Looking For

  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  •  A motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented attitude. 
  •  Ability to build trust and develop relationships with customers. 
  •  Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads. 
  •  Sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus—but not required. 
  •  Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain the required licenses.
