Responsibilities
  • With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be educating & advising clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
  • Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to meet sales goals of a predetermined number of items each month and at least 10 quotes per day.
  • You'll be overcoming objections to maintain client retention and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build your clientele via warm leads and referrals with quality rapport-building talents.

Requirements

Prior Sales Experience is Required.

A Property & Casualty License is a BONUS.

Self-starter with the ability to be coached and trained.

Goal-oriented and driven to succeed.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette.
