What You’ll Do
- Prospect, generate leads, and build a pipeline through referrals, networking, marketing, and inbound opportunities
- Quote, sell, and service insurance products including:
- Auto Insurance
- Homeowners Insurance
- Commercial / Business Insurance
- General Liability / BOP
- Life Insurance
- Flood Insurance
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize client value
- Maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and service
- Process endorsements, renewals, and policy changes
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention goals
- Stay current on carrier guidelines, compliance, and licensing requirements
What You Bring
- Active Property & Casualty License required
- Life & Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior insurance sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a sales mindset
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable with CRM systems, quoting platforms, and phone sales
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Compensation
Job Type: Full-time / W2 or Contract options available
Pay: $55,000 - $100,000+ per year (Base + Commission + Bonuses)
Top producers can exceed this range.
