Job description

We are seeking an Insurance Agent to join our small, collaborative sales team focused on property and casualty insurance. This in-office position involves working closely with individual clients and small businesses to provide comprehensive insurance solutions across all product types. The ideal candidate will enjoy client interaction, possess strong attention to detail, and be motivated to support policy sales and renewals.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs
  • Sell a variety of insurance policies tailored to individual and small business clients
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and policy lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate documentation for policies and client communications
  • Manage policy renewals to ensure continuous coverage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in insurance sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of insurance sales and customer relationship management
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
