Experience you will need:
  • College degree preferred, but high school diploma or equivalency required

  • Professional Designation is a plus

  • Strong understanding of sales process and ability to influence others is necessary

  • Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Good listening skills are required as well as a desire to solve problems

  • Should have at least 5 years of insurance experience with good understanding of multi-line commercial insurance contract and coverages

  • Should possess an understanding of negotiation process

  • Property Casualty Agent’s License required
