Maumee Valley Group is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Weekend Warrior Route Driver. Are you looking for a rewarding new career? Do you enjoy a flexible work schedule? If you answered YES, to any of the questions above, a position as a Route Driver with Maumee Valley Group is the job for you!

Part Time, Route Drivers will start at $20.00 an hour!

  • Saturday and Sundays ONLY
  • Average of 5-8 hours a day depending on the need
  • Day begins between 5 am - 6 am, until route is complete
  • Paid WEEKLY, Wednesday's via direct deposit

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Stocking food amp; beverage products for micro-markets stores or vending machines in companies break rooms.
  • Start time varies depending on the route, but most are between 2 am amp; 4 am. The latest start time is 5 am. This varies depending on the route you are on. Factors include how many points of service you have, driving time to each stop, as well as personal working park.
  • The end time varies day by day depending on how many points of service amp; how many products you receive.
  • When you arrive each day, you will be responsible for loading amp; organizing your vehicle for the day. This includes fresh food amp; totes full of snacks, chips, candy, etc. The pallets of pop will be loaded for you.
  • Driving in company vehicle to customer locations daily to stock products. As well as filling vending machines, clean microwaves, stock condiments, cups, plates, silverware, napkins, etc., clean amp; fill coffee machines.
  • You will be responsible for rotating product in the coolers and on the shelves based on expiration dates.
  • Check for expired products at each location. Understand merchandising to optimize sales.
  • Check inventory daily and adjust products based on sales in the market.
  • When you return for the day, you will throw away all trash, recycle cardboard in the compactor, remove all the crates and totes from your truck and return any extra product.
  • Place fresh food orders for your points of service as well as order coffee, condiments, cups, plates, amp; napkins.
  • Promptly resolving any requests, issues or concerns from customers, management, etc.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization for each account you service as well as your vehicle.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Driver's License, clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
  • Lift, push and pull up to 50+ pounds on a regular basis.
  • Climb in and out of a box truck, rain or shine you are driving.
  • Lift cases of pop, crates of food and totes full of snack items in and out of the back of your truck a well as a collapsible dolly.
