Everstead Health & Rehabilitation is looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Part-Time Weekend RN Supervisor. As the Weekend RN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight during weekend shifts, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and support for the nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN seeking a consistent weekend leadership role in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned weekend shifts.
  • Ensure residents receive high-quality care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
  • Serve as the clinical resource for nurses and nursing assistants.

  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.

Qualifications
  • Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
  • Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to lead a team while providing exceptional resident-centered care.
