When you join RadNet as a Maintenance Technician, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

  • Perform routine upkeep; general cleaning, mopping, dusting, vacuuming; to include bathrooms, patient exam rooms, offices and lobby areas.
  • May perform facility maintenance minor repairs, such as change of light bulbs, repair of door locks, door hardware, repainting
  • Maintains inside office space and outside grounds by collecting and disposing of trash
  • Performs window cleaning on a regular basis
  • Manages supplies and inventory needed for position
  • Follows all instructions/procedures for chemical related cleaners and stores cleaning supplies appropriately
  • Ensures areas are free of any pest control
  • Ensures repairs are completed in timely manner in order to avoid accidents
  • Notifies management of any urgent and/or safety concerns

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • At least 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance
  • Must be prepared to complete assigned tasks after hours or weekends in order to not interfere with the operations of the center
  • Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to multi-task
