Urology locums coverage in California with a clinic-forward mix and limited OR time, plus 24 hour weekend call coverage only. Adult patient population with general community urology cases.

Highlights


  • Clinic-heavy practice with more in-office procedures than OR cases
  • No weeknight call currently, weekend call coverage only
  • General community urology, no high complexity or high acuity cases
  • Established support team, 2 MAs, 2 LVNs, plus office staff

Practice Setting


  • Mix of inpatient and outpatient urology
  • Adults only
  • Typical volume 20 to 25 patients per day
  • Cerner EMR

Schedule


  • Monday through Friday, 8a to 5p
  • 24 hour weekend call coverage
  • No weeknight call currently

Cases and Procedures


  • General community urology, no high complexity or high acuity cases
  • More in-office procedures than OR cases
  • OR availability up to 1 day per week, may only be needed about 2 times per month depending on clinic versus OR preference

Requirements


  • Must be an MD or DO
  • Board Certified in Urology
