Dot Net Software Developer II (Hybrid)
Location - Austin, TX 78751 - Only Local Candidates allowed

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer II to design, develop, test, and maintain complex business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack development, software analysis, and system design, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within an Agile development environment.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Maintenance
  • Design, code, test, and modify complex software applications, subroutines, stored procedures, triggers, objects, classes, and scripts.
  • Develop solutions using technologies such as Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and Oracle Database.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Follow established software development standards, coding practices, documentation requirements, and testing procedures.
  • Participate in peer code reviews to ensure compliance with technical and business requirements.
System Support & Enhancements
  • Collaborate with technical support teams, network specialists, trainers, and other stakeholders to implement system updates and enhancements.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve production issues.
  • Support system maintenance, performance improvements, and application enhancements.
  • Assist with knowledge transfer and training for technical staff and end users as needed.
Requirements Analysis
  • Analyze business and technical requirements for new applications and system enhancements.
  • Contribute to solution design and development planning.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and system analysts.
  • Coordinate development activities with team members.
  • Provide regular status updates to project leads and project managers.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Documentation
  • Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, system specifications, and support materials.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, programming, systems analysis, and complex business application development.
  • 7+ years of experience coding, testing, debugging, and supporting enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, systems logic, and program specification development.
  • Experience with Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and Oracle Database.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of software architecture concepts, application design, and enterprise technology environments.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Experience implementing data integrity, security, and technology best practices.
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with enterprise information architecture and information management methodologies.
  • Understanding of enterprise software architecture, infrastructure components, and technology ecosystems.
Work Environment
  • Hybrid work model with a combination of onsite and remote work.
  • Standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work as required.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced development environment.

  • Mid to Senior Level (7+ years)
