SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The HR Compliance Coordinator serves as a member of the HR Compliance department and reports to the Supervisor, HR Compliance. This position is responsible for the administration of assigned HR compliance programs and serves as a back-up to the HR Compliance Specialist. Hybrid model requiring 3 days in office a week.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • High School degree or equivalent

  • One (1) year related experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Associate’s degree preferred

  • One (1) year Human Resource experience preferred
