Job Description
Mission Technologies' Cyber & Intelligence team is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to support an upcoming, high-impact mission at Fort Meade. The Readiness Analyst is responsible for evaluating and strengthening organizational preparedness by analyzing capabilities, resources, personnel, and processes that impact operational readiness.
This role is part of a pending contract proposal. We are actively interviewing to identify qualified candidates in anticipation of a successful award.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to identify gaps in readiness capabilities, resources, staffing, and processes. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operational preparedness. Create clear and actionable readiness reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide visibility to leadership and operational teams.
Minimum Qualifications
6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration
