Part-Time Horse Trainer RedStone Ranch

RedStone Ranch is looking for an experienced and motivated Part-Time Horse Trainer to join our team!
We are seeking someone with strong knowledge in both English and Western riding disciplines who is passionate about horses, rider development, and creating a positive learning environment for students of all skill levels.
Responsibilities Include:

  • Training riders in both English and Western disciplines
  • Assisting with lesson programs for beginner to advanced riders
  • Evaluating horses and riders to ensure proper pairings
  • Helping maintain a safe and professional barn environment
  • Supporting the growth of the riding program through quality instruction and horsemanship
Qualifications:

  • Previous horse training and teaching experience required
  • Strong knowledge of both English and Western riding styles
  • Confident handling horses of various temperaments
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and professional
  • Strong communication skills with both children and adults
  • Weekend availability preferred
Compensation:
This is a part-time, commission-based position, with pay based on lessons and training provided.
