Job description

The customer service associate (Helper) is responsible for ensuring the correct
carts and food are put on the flight.They are in charge of working with the driver to provide excellent
customer airline service. Responsible for guiding the Delivery Driver to the airplane and following all safety and
security policies. Must have the ability to follow direction and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Must have a Valid Drivers License

- Must have 6-8 months of box truck driving experience in the United States.

- Must be able to speak, read and understand English.

- Compliance with all work rules and regulations.

- Flexibility, able to react to changing priorities.

- Ability to communicate with Customers and Coworkers.

- No scheduling restrictions (able to workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays).

- Able to work overtime when required.

- Organizational skills and ability to work under extreme pressure.

- Able to pass a basic written test.

- Able to pass a basic driving skills test.

- Able to handle dry ice

- Able to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.

- Able to safely operate 20' and 16' high lift trucks.

- Able to work outside in daily weather conditions
