Job description

Salary: $19-$20 per hour

We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and proactive Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and well-organized environment throughout the residence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned daily housekeeping and environmental services duties in resident rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, offices, and common spaces
  • Complete routine daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning assignments
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, sanitize, and remove trash
  • Follow infection-control, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Safely handle cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with OSHA standards, facility policies, and manufacturer instructions
  • Properly use PPE and maintain organized housekeeping and supply areas
  • Report maintenance, safety, or hazardous conditions promptly
  • Support resident privacy, comfort, and dignity while working in care areas
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to support a welcoming residential environment
  • Perform other related housekeeping and environmental services duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Housekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to perform the physical duties of housekeeping, including standing, walking, bending, pushing carts, and lifting supplies or equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Dementia or memory care experience helpful but not required


Schedule

  • Day shift: 7:00 a.m.3:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.4:00 p.m.
  • Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday every other week or one weekend day per week and other days PRN. Let us know your availability.
