Position Highlights

What You’ll Do

As a Data Solutions Analyst, you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization:

  • Act as a key liaison between IT and clinical, financial, and operational teams—translating business needs into effective data solutions
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
  • Build KPI-driven reporting that supports leadership and board-level decisions
  • Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including data architecture and system design
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with standards such as HIPAA and HITECH
  • Support data governance initiatives, including metadata management and data dictionaries
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize systems and improve performance


What You Bring

  • Associate’s degree in Information Services (or related field), OR 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Sound judgment and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
