We’re looking for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are open to part-time, project-based work as needs arise.   This is an ideal opportunity for experienced planners seeking flexible, high-impact projects.   About the Role Assignments will vary based on the size and complexity of each event.   Many projects involve outdoor, multi-day events held nationwide, with approximately two weeks of on-site work covering setup, live event execution, and teardown. These are large public events - while not festivals, they share similar infrastructure and scale. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced event environment.   Expect long days, dynamic conditions and hands-on work - from managing on-site logistics to physical tasks like lifting and moving materials when needed.      If you take pride in delivering exceptional experiences, solving problems in real time, and being part of a team that makes things happen under pressure, you’ll find this work both challenging and deeply rewarding.
