Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Sales Manager for our dynamic restaurant in Uptown. The ideal candidate must be detail-driven, personable, tech-savvy, with prior experience
contributing on all ends: client relations, financial, administrative, and operational.


Key Responsibilities:
● Client relations, including networking & proactive lead generation strategy
● Prepare event proposals, contracts, and client presentations
● Answer all inbound inquiries and help guide potential clients through initial event options
and offerings. Leads are time sensitive and must be handled with urgency.
● Maintain and update event calendars, timelines, and booking systems
● Track leads and manage the sales pipeline process
● Handle all day-to-day event administration
● Coordinate internal communications between kitchen, bar, service, and management
teams
● Organize and manage digital files, event documentation, and client records
● Create and format event materials (menus, signage, decks, floor plans) using Adobe
Creative Cloud
● Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Google Workspace and Microsoft
Office Suite
● Handle all client correspondence, confirmations, and post-event follow-ups
● Handle vendor coordination and order tracking.
● Handle all event related financial responsibilities (invoices/statements, reporting) and
personnel/payroll related. Ensure completed on time and in accordance with company
policies and procedures.
● Provide on-site support during events

Role Requirements:
● Must have a minimum of 2 years of sales manager experience
● Proficiency in:
○ Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign preferred)
○ Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
○ Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
○ TripleSeat, Ande, Avero, HotSchedules, ShiftNotes, Pulse/Aloha, NBO
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-facing mindset
● Strong ability to plan events in an operationally and financially sound manner
● Comfortable leading sales efforts, including lead tracking and client follow-up
● Flexible schedule based on restaurant needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays
● Eye for design and brand presentation
Base Salary based on Experience
$90-$100K + Sales Commission
