Job description

Greets golfers; books tee times; collects green and cart fees; answers the telephone; assists with tournament set up and preparation. Compiles end-of-shift reports; counts cash; uses automated Point-of-Sale (POS) and tee time reservation systems. Acts as the starter for daily play; sets up the double-ended 50-station practice facility; cleans and checks the oil/water/tires on golf carts; collects baskets of balls on the course; performs light cleaning and maintenance (e.g., vacuuming and checking restrooms).
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires qualified applicants to possess the following:
• Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of six (6) months of experience in cashiering, public contact, or golf course work.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications include (must specify on application):
• Minimum of six (6) months of previous work experience in golf course operations.
