Golf Course Maintenance - RainDance National Golf Course
About the Role:
We are looking for help to finish out the remainder of the golf season. In this position, you will be under the general supervision of the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent and perform work in maintaining the golf course grounds by mowing, trimming, pruning, and raking. This position will utilize a variety of related maintenance equipment such as weed trimmers, tractors, riding mowers, hand mowers, and miscellaneous hand tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience operating landscaping equipment and machinery.
Expectations:
  • Must be able to work every other weekend.
  • Schedule is 5:30am to 2pm on Mon-Thur, 5:30-10 on Fri, and 5:30-9:30 Sat and Sun when working. Flexible schedule within those times.
  • Performs mowing, trimming, raking, and pruning.
  • May perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
  • Perform routine maintenance on bunkers, greens, fairways, and roughs, and any other cultural practices that are needed.
  • Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
  • Operates equipment safely.
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
