We are on the lookout for an experienced General Manager to lead our esteemed club. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, implement business strategies, and ensure that every guest leaves with a memorable experience. You will be responsible for elevating our brand, maintaining high standards of quality, and leading a diverse team of professionals.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in managing a nightclub, bar, or restaurant, ideally in a high-energy environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide staff in delivering exceptional service.

Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and financial management.

Fostering positive relationships with entertainers, staff, and guests to enhance the overall club experience.

Handling operational costs, budgeting, and implementing revenue-generating strategies.

Developing and executing marketing plans and event promotions to attract and retain customers.

Adhering to all local regulations and compliance pertaining to the entertainment industry.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A background in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
