Core responsibilities
- Operate a forklift safely after training and certification.
- Load/unload pallets to and from trailers.
- Store and retrieve product in multi-tier racking.
- Pick cases per order using required technology.
- Use handheld scanners and Inventory Control Systems to manage inventory.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and complete sanitation tasks (sweeping, trailer cleaning, trash removal).
Work environment
- 24/7 operation; nontraditional schedules are common.
- Expect an active role—standing and walking for the entire shift.
Minimum qualifications
- 18+ years old.
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts.
- Lift 15–50 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Stand and walk for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Work at heights using ladders or lifts.
- Work around extreme temperatures, humidity, loud/hazardous equipment, and slippery surfaces.
Preferred experience
- 1+ year operating a forklift or related equipment in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
Proficiencies we look for
- Warehouse experience
- Forklift licensed
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
