Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver in Moraine, Ohio!
Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (flexible for earlier start times based on business needs)
Pay Rate: $18.00-$22.00/hour
Location: Moraine, OH 45439
Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver Requirements/Qualifications
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move products throughout the shift
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are required
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including earlier start times when needed
  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of 5 years of driving history required
  • Experience operating a 26-foot box truck preferred
  • Basic DOT knowledge required
  • Familiarity with DOT card requirements and regulations preferred
  • Must successfully pass a drug screen
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles
About the Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver Role
As a Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver, your responsibilities will include:
  • Organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory
  • Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
  • Building and staging pallets for outgoing shipments
  • Reading and following work orders to ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Preparing products for shipment according to company standards
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed
  • Filling in as a delivery driver for call-offs or additional delivery routes
  • Operating a 26-foot box truck to complete deliveries when required
  • Ensuring orders are delivered accurately, safely, and on time
