Shift Differential: + $.75/hour (3p-7a)


$1000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS!


Full time: Rotating 8 hour schedule; Mon-Fri. Some weekend OT. (6:50a-3p, 2:50p-11p & 10:50p-7a, all required. Plus overtime.)

Our Butler, Pennsylvania location is in need of Production Team Members to operate equipment in the Molding Department and produce quality foam parts that meet or exceed customer specifications.


JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Press operation - counting and visually inspecting parts made of foam
  • Packing - building boxes, packing, shrink wrap, label, build pallets
  • Learn to perform quality inspections to ensure products meet all customer specific specifications
  • Fork truck operation (required - will train)
  • Complete documentation under ISO/IAFT guidelines
  • Operate all equipment in Molding department
  • Safety in a manufacturing or plant setting

Requirements

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
  • Must be able to operate a forklift truck, which requires the use of arms and legs, they ability to get onto truck and depth perception to stack and/or move crates or other material.
  • Must have finger dexterity and be able to see and hear.
  • Must be able to climb and work from a ladder.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to wear/tolerate all PPE equipment; safety shoes, ear plugs and safety glasses.
  • Must be able to come to work as scheduled on a regular basis and be able to work scheduled shifts as necessary, including overtime, mandatory and otherwise.
  • Performs responsibilities in compliance with ISO-14001 policies, quality standards and procedures and OSHA regulations.
  • Must be 18 years or older to be considered for employment
