This position supports day-to-day dispatch activities, flight following, reporting, and administrative operational tasks while helping maintain operational efficiency and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and is capable of thriving in a fast-paced aviation environment.
This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility based on operational needs.

- Operational Support: Assist the dispatch and charter coordination team with inbound customer and passenger communications during peak operational periods.

- Flight Coordination and Operational Efficiency

You Must Have
- Previous dispatch, EMS, aviation, or operations experience preferred.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Flexible availability to assist during peak operational periods, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience with FOS/NT or relevant scheduling and dispatching software preferred.
- Aviation dispatch license or pilot's license preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of FARs related to Part 91 or Part 135 operations preferred. Ability to work from the corporate flight operations office and remotely when operationally necessary.
