Schedule: This is a leadership role that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on events.

Your focus will be on building partnerships and driving sales growth for all events within your center. You'll spend your days connecting with schools, local businesses, community leaders, and organizations to position FatCats as the go-to venue for celebrations of every kind.


You'll drive event revenue by prospecting, building pipelines, and closing sales for birthdays, corporate groups, schools, fundraisers, and nonprofit events. You'll create and maintain long-term relationships with schools, churches, sports teams, and local businesses. You'll manage the full sales process, including outreach, proposals, contracts, and post-event follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business. You'll collaborate with the center's leadership and food and beverage teams to execute exceptional guest experiences, develop weekday and off-peak sales strategies to maximize utilization, and use CRM tools to track performance and measure success. You'll also coach and inspire your event sales team to deliver excellence at every stage of the guest journey.

Requirements

Qualifications

  •  3+ years of proven experience in event sales, hospitality, or entertainment sales management
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales and revenue goals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 
  • Experience managing pipelines and accounts using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot 
  • A self-starter who thrives on relationship building and creative problem-solving 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams 
  • High level of emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal skills 
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as events require
