Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to help prepare and market estate projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role that blends photography, AI-assisted content creation, and light physical project work - no two days look the same.
You'll photograph and stage items, use AI tools to write and refine descriptions, and support estate preparation including cleanouts and auction logistics. Our work takes place in real homes - sometimes dusty, cluttered, or high-volume environments - so adaptability and professionalism are a must.
Responsibilities
  • Photograph furniture, décor, collectibles, and household items for online sale listings
  • Use AI tools to generate and refine item descriptions; upload photos and listings to estate platforms (training provided)
  • Edit and process listing photos using AI-assisted tools
  • Stage and organize items for photography and sale
  • Assist with estate cleanouts including sorting, removal, and disposal coordination
  • Support auction pickup days to assist buyers and manage item release
  • Travel to project sites across the service areas

Requirements
  • Creative eye for photography and staging, professional photography not required
  • Comfortable using or learning AI tools for writing and photo editing
  • Physically capable of cleanout work - lifting, sorting, working on your feet
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
  • Comfortable working in dusty, cluttered, or hoarder-condition environments
  • Flexible availability including daytime hours, weekends, and auction pickup days
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Ideal For
  • Students or recent grads in marketing, communications, photography, or design
  • Creative professionals seeking flexible, project-based work
  • Individuals who enjoy hands-on work in unique settings and don't mind rolling up their sleeves
  • Individuals looking for meaningful work that helps families through major transitions.
