What You’ll Do

As a Junk King Team Leader, you’ll:

Drive a company truck to residential and commercial job sites

Lead your team through daily jobs

Remove furniture, appliances, construction debris, equipment, and more

Communicate directly with customers

Provide estimates and collect payment

Solve problems in real time

Create a five-star customer experience

Compete to improve team performance every day

No two days are the same.

One day you may be clearing out an estate. The next day you may be helping a business remove equipment, supporting a contractor, or handling a time-sensitive cleanout.

You’ll Be a Strong Fit If You Are…

Able to lift 75 lbs independently

Licensed to drive with a solid driving record

Must be 18+ years old

Valid driver’s license required

Must be able to lift 75 lbs independently

Weekend availability required

Pay

$20–$30/hour depending on experience
