What you will do:
  • End-User Support: Provide technical support to enVista's clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving IT issues related to end user support. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Device Management: Configure, deploy, and manage devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) using tools like Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SOTI or similar device management platforms.
  • Cloud & Collaboration Tools: Support cloud-based applications such as Microsoft 365 and other SaaS tools. Help clients with setting up and managing collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Remote Desktop & Virtualization Support: Assist enVista's clients in deploying and maintaining virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions and remote desktop services, ensuring seamless work-from-anywhere experiences.
  • User Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for users, including provisioning and de-provisioning access to systems, applications, and data.
  • Security & Compliance: Assist in ensuring all systems and devices are compliant with security policies, including implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA), endpoint protection, and patch management solutions.
  • Incident & Problem Management: Act as the first line of support for incidents and service requests. Log and track issues via the enVista ticketing system and escalate when necessary.
  • System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor the health of client systems, including cloud services, collaboration tools, and endpoints. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching and updates.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all technical support requests, resolutions, and system configurations and continually update within ITGlue.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Modern Workplace and recommend improvements to optimize client environments.

What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, preferably in a managed services or MSP environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft's Modern Workplace technologies and solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, Azure AD, VDI, etc.).
  • Experience with desktop and mobile device management solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and SaaS-based tools.
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (or similar certifications) is a plus.
  • CompTIA ITF+, A+, or Network+ certifications are desirable.
  • ITIL Foundation or similar service management certification is a plus.

Technical Skills:
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Knowledge of device management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, SOTI, etc.).
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience with endpoint protection and security tools.
  • Certifications:

    • AZ104(required)
    • Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) (required)

Work Environment:
This is a client-facing role, and you may need to travel to client sites or work remotely, depending on client needs. Travel expectations are 25% locally and to other client sites that may require air travel and overnight stays.
