  • Manage telemetry, cardiac drips, non-titratable drips, ventilator and tracheostomy support, and other critical care therapies
  • Perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate interventions with the interdisciplinary care team
  • Support patients requiring HFNC, dialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and advanced respiratory care
  • Float to ICU, ED, and Med Surg as needed to meet patient care needs
  • Maintain accurate charting and follow unit workflows, safety standards, and clinical best practices
