The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered nursing care in accordance with the Florida State Board of Nursing and TGH policies. This role provides comprehensive clinical assessments, coordinates patient care with interdisciplinary and ancillary staff, and maintains effective communication with physicians to ensure safe and seamless care delivery. The RN serves as a clinical and emotional resource for the care team, offering guidance for complex cases and contributing to optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include patient education, care management support, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical protocols to uphold departmental standards, patient safety, and an exceptional patient experience.

Required Skills:

Associate's degree in Nursing – Required

Current Florida RN Licensure – Required
