Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit position requiring a valid NC or compact RN license and night shift availability.

Details
  • Medical/Surgical unit in a hospital setting with telemetry capabilities (Telemetry Techs are separate staff)
  • Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PMโ€“7:00 AM
  • Some weekend and holiday coverage required
  • EMR: MEDITECH (experience not required)
Requirements
  • Active NC or compact RN license in good standing with no actions against it
  • Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association only)
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school
  • Minimum of 1 year of current, relevant Med/Surg experience
  • IV insertion proficiency required
  • Two professional references required for consideration
