The Plant Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the plant's equipment and systems. This role provides operational, technical, and maintenance support to ensure smooth daily production. The Plant Operator monitors equipment performance, troubleshoots issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Duties

  • Monitor, operate, and control plant systems, equipment, and production lines.
  • Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Record and maintain accurate logs of daily operations, system readings, and production data.
  • Adjust operational parameters to maintain optimal performance and meet production targets.
  • Respond to alarms, system issues, or abnormal operating conditions promptly.

Technical Support

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues and escalate when needed.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
