We are looking for a motivated and reliable Machine Operator to join a fast-paced, growing team in the packaging industry. This position may have the option for overtime, as well as occasional weekend work. This position is focused on operating a stand-up pouch machine, ensuring high quality output and consistent production.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor high end insutrial machinery efficiently to meet production and quality standards.
  • Set up machines according to job specifications and ensure proper running speeds.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and maintain production reports.
  • Perform machine changeovers, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Monitor materials for defects and report any concerns to the supervisor.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and food safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
  • Train new team members as needed.
Requirements:


  • Experience operating high end industrial machinery
