Job description

Machine Operator - Night Shift

The Bradley Group | Lexington, NC

The Bradley Group is currently hiring Machine Operators to join our team in Lexington, NC! If you're dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule

  • Straight Night Shift
  • 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • 2-2-3 rotating schedule
  • Every other weekend off

Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned machinery and perform all required machine functions.
  • Follow machine operating procedures and standard work instructions.
  • Complete daily production tasks before the end of each shift.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) and basic machine maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Support other departments as needed to promote teamwork and meet production goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Leader.

Qualifications

  • Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dependable with excellent attendance and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during a 12-hour shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work the required 12-hour night shift schedule.
