Assistant Machine Operator - Night Shift

$19.00/Hour | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | 2-2-3 Schedule

We're looking for mechanically inclined individuals with machine operating experience to join our overnight production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, takes pride in producing quality work, and understands the importance of safety and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Position Overview

As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will support production operations by assisting with machine performance, product quality, material handling, and equipment readiness. Your efforts will help keep production running efficiently while minimizing downtime and waste.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the operation of high-speed production equipment
  • Support machine setups, adjustments, and product changeovers
  • Monitor product quality and report any issues immediately
  • Help troubleshoot minor machine issues and clear equipment jams
  • Stage materials and maintain a continuous flow of production
  • Perform routine quality checks and inspections
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
