Position Overview:

We're looking for a Full-Time Embroidery Operator to join our production team in Barneveld, WI. We provide hands-on training so you can learn the skills needed to operate our embroidery machines and bring premium golf apparel to life.

What You'll Do:
  • Operate a 6-head embroidery machine to apply custom logos and designs to garments.

  • Follow production work orders to ensure correct logo, thread colors, and placement.

  • Hoop and prepare garments for embroidery.

  • Load thread colors, monitor the stitching process, and make adjustments as needed.

  • Inspect finished items for quality and accuracy.

  • Keep your work area clean and organized.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions with arms and hands.
